On Tuesday, I took Jayce to the doctor. Her head was all yellow and crusty. I thought it was just a part of cradle cap. I emailed Dr. Berry and he wanted to see her because he thought it might be infected. We went in on Tuesday and he said it was infected and gave us an antibiotic for it. By Wednesday, her head was all cleared up. Oh, so nice. I am sure that it was just an irritation to her. Itchy and all that crap. She is such a good baby. Sleeps very nice and is just a happy baby.
So, Wednesday, I had achievement days for the girls. I really love doing that. It is a lot of fun. The girls are so great. A little hyper, but great! We worked on our pedigree charts. It was nice to do and I hope that the girls learn from their experiences. Our next one we are going to plan a Family Home Evening on Joseph Smith. I have this book that helps give ideas and then gives all the paper to go along with it. I really love doing it. I just love planning activities and then doing them with the girls. We have lots of girls in our ward. Achiviement days is for girls between 8 and 11. They have split up ours into two groups, the 8 to 9 years olds and the 10 to 11 year olds. I am with the younger girls. We have 1 girl leaving us in March to advance to the older girls and have about 7 to 9 girls coming in this year. Lots. We might have to start doing activities at the church!
Friday night, Jason and Amy came down with their kids. It was so much fun to visit with them. Jason and Jared watched the Jazz game and Amy and I just visited. I enjoy being around people. I kind of miss that having two girls. It is a lot harder to get out. But so needed for me to keep my sanity.

New Year

I am so very anxious for the spring time and to be able to get out and go camping and just be outside. I believe it is because I had so many problems with this last pregnancy and I was stuck inside, in bed, for a lot of it and was not able to get out. Jared and I are looking at buying a trailer. My dad’s little tent trailer is pretty much gone. It is hard to roll up and he took it in to get fixed and the guy said that it wasn’t worth it. With our family growing, we feel that we need to get our own trailer and not share with my parents, then that way, other kids can go with my parents. Where Jared and I love to do it so much, we figured it was time to get ourselves our own.

I have been trying to potty train Kylee. She was sooo good a couple weeks ago, but then we had issues with a bowel movement and ever since then she doesn’t want anything to do with the potty. I think I might let go of the issue and try again in a month or so. It is so frustrating that she is not going to do it now. She was doing so well. Oh well, I guess it is her thing not mine.

This September, we (my parents, Tyler and Christine, Jared and I) are going to hike the Havasu Falls. Jared mentioned it, I jumped on it and made us reservations. I am soo excited. It is a 10 mile hike to the falls and then we camp overnight there twice and then hike out. I need to for sure be in shape for that.
