Graduation

My baby girl has graduated from Kindergarten. They did a cute little program with songs and some jokes. Kylee got to tell a joke, "Why did the chicken cross the playground? To get to the other slide!"

This year has been so fun. Kylee has had her off days and not wanting to go to school, but once she gets there she just loves it. Her teacher was amazing for Kylee and Kylee just LOVED her. She was constantly writing little notes to her in her workbook about how much she loves her for teaching her.

Walking in with her class.

Kylee's Field Day

Kylee had Field Day at school the other day and I was able to go for a bit and take some cute pictures! It was such crappy weather, they ended up doing all of their activities in doors. Here are some cute pictures of my little ones.

Warm Sunny St. George

Last weekend we went down to St. George with some friends. We have had this trip planned since March, maybe February and I was soooo looking forward to it. We have just had such rainy, gloomy, crazy spring weather! I think that was the best trip to St. George I have had in over a year!! (We haven't been down for over a year! :))

We did biking, rollerblading, swimming (not as much as the kids would want), we went to Sand Hollow. I decided that we need to really go camping at Sand Hollow. What a great place, camping, sand dunes, lake, sandy beach. It was such a beautiful place.

The kids (and adults) were completely WORN out! As soon as we got home, Jayce said she wanted to go back to St. George. Monday morning, none of us could get going and Jared said he also wanted to go back to St. George.

Kylee and Kayla jumping in and out of the pool.
Jason played sharks and minnows with the kids and was kind to take Jayce around on his back. She LOVED it!!
Having a huddle with the kids getting them excited to get out of the pool and go see Sand Hollow.
Brooklyn and Kayla, such little cuties!!

Mother's Day Weekend

I had a fabulous Mother's Day Weekend!! Friday night, we always have Family Fun Night. We make pizzas and watch a movie. Earlier in the week, our ward had a Mother/Daughter Spa Night. I took Kylee and Jayce with me. They had a pedicure station, manicure station, and a card making station. Kylee really wanted to do the pedicure spa, but there was such a wait. My neighbor kindly let us borrow her foot spa. On Friday night, I gave the girls a pedicure while they watch a movie! It was so much fun and they LOVED it!!!

Saturday, we went out to visit Jared's mom and have a nice dinner. It was so much fun to sit and visit with family. On Sunday, we went up to the cabin to be with my family. On Monday, we stopped by Jared's grandma's house. It was sure a lot of traveling that week, but I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I LOVE being with family and laughing and talking!

Happy Easter

I am a little behind on my posting. Just trying to get caught up on some older posts first before we get to the new stuff.

We had a great Easter. We headed out to Jared's parents house for church and then dinner. We stopped my my parents house first. The girls got to look for some easter eggs, open easter baskets and play with some toys before we headed out to Jared's parents house. While we were at my parents house, since it was pretty quiet (no one else was there) we had some nice family pictures taken. My good friend yet again talked me into sewing some skirts for my girls! (It didn't take a lot of talking into since I seem to ALWAYS be thinking of some new project to work on!!)

I am hoping to get some nice up the canyon family pictures taken of our little family. Here are some pictures.

Easter Egg Hunt at Grandma's house. LET US OUT!!
Fast as you can, you can't catch me!

Jordyn and Crew, forever cousins!!

Kylee's Dance Recital

We had Kylee's first recital a couple of weeks ago. She has been taking dance since the first of the school year. Some days it was hard for her to go to dance, but after seeing the older girls dance and seeing what she can become got her real excited.

All of the dances at the recital were Disney themed. Kylee and her class danced to the song that the little mice in Cinderella sing when they are making the dress. Kylee got a little bit of a solo part. When I went to the rehearsal on Friday night and saw for the first time what she was doing, it brought tears to my eyes!! Just seeing my little girl up there was such a joy!

Here are some pictures of our night!

My little mouse poser!!! Look at those stormy clouds

Kylee and some friends from her dance class
Skipping out to do her little solo part!
They had Lucifer the cat in their dance and Kylee got to ride on the cat's back!
Skipping out with Cinderella! I think this was Kylee's favorite part, she got to hold Cinderella's hand.

Valentines Days

We had a great Valentine's Day. A good friend (who keeps me up with my strange addiction to crafts) and I decided to make cute outfits for our girls for Valentines Day! I think this has become a new tradition to make something for our kids for the holidays! Here are my favorite pictures of my girls. Sorry, this is just a photo album of the girls!!!
