Kylee and I had school this morning. She did so good. It is hard because they repeat the same sound over and over and over. Little Kylee last week was getting frustrated, so this last week, we worked on repetition. She did so well. We worked on the "SH" sound. They played a little game where they looked for sheep through some binoculars. Once they found the sheep, they had to get it and tell their "friends" what was on the sheep. The teachers would pucker their cheeks to help them get there tongue back there to make the "fat" sound. Kylee was so good and repeated it so many times and let the teachers pucker up her cheeks. It was such an improvement from last week. I was pretty frustrated wondering if I had put her in this program to early. She is also getting more comfortable with the other kids. There are only 3 other kids.
I had left Jayce at a neighbor's house while Kylee and I were at school. When I went to pick her up, Jayce was asleep in the middle of the floor. It was so precious. This neighbor's little girl is about 3 months older than Jayce (she is also pregnant and we vent together!!). Her little girl fell asleep at church standing up with her head on a chair. She then fell off the chair onto the floor and stayed asleep. It must be something about the air around her!! :) But also, I think Jayce has it in her genes. I used to regularly fall asleep in the middle of the floor AT MY OWN BIRTHDAY PARTIES!!!
