Out for a Night

Last night Jared and I got to go out. Jared has wanted to take me out for sometime and it just happened that we were able to go last night. It was so nice to go with him. We don't usually get a lot of one on one time. We went to dinner at Red Robin and then headed to Home Depot. Now doesn't that sound like a fun date? No, I loved it! We went to Home Depot to start picking out cabinets and countertops for our basement. I know what I want. In the bathroom, I want a lighter wood cabinet with a dark sage green countertop! Beautiful huh!! I saw a picture and loved it. Then I think I will paint the walls a very light sage green color.

In the kitchen area for downstairs, I want a darker cabinet with a black speckled countertop. We are going to put a dark hardwood floor in the kitchen area. I am so excited. Jared is downstairs right now trying to put a wall up before the plumber gets here. He had it up, but then had to take it down. There is a pipe that he had built the wall around, but it made our bathroom very small. The plumber said he could move the pipe, so Jared had to tear down the wall and put it up about a foot away and then the plumber will move the pipe. I am glad for that because with three girls, the amount of space they will use in the bathroom, we need it bigger. with a bigger vanity area!! :)

Thanks mom and dad for watching our kids so that we could go!! It was just fabulous!!!
