I did the Share A Smile Triathlon again today! I love that race! It is just a fun race. My sister-in-law Michelle and her sister did it (Jen, we missed you!!! Next year, right!!) There were about 15 or so people that signed up from my ward, and then of course, a lot of my dad's family. Good times!!! I was much more aggressive this year and pushed myself pretty hard. My calves are a bit sore right now!
