Tuesday afternoon, Jared and I finally went to the toy store to look at swing sets. Our kids are loving the outdoors and have outgrown (or become bored) with our little slide. Kylee is forever constantly asking me to go in the front and ride her bikes! I would love to have a swing set for the kids in the back so that I don't have to worry about them so much.
We decided on this swing set. It might take us a little while to put it together, but I think that it will be so worth it in the end, to see the kids play on it and have a blast!
was so excited to get it that day and start laying it out for Jared and getting it ready to be put together, but oh no! Even though they said they had one in the store, when they went to bring it out to us, they didn't have one, so we have to wait until next week to get it and then next weekend to put it together!
I have anticipation anxiety disorder!! Once I get something in my head, it is VERY hard to get it out!!! I have to do many things to distract myself. So, what am I doing to distract myself from not wanting the swing set here NOW? Taking the dirt out of my garden so that I can lay newspaper down to prevent weeds and grass from coming up! And then planting my garden!!

Nice swing set. Good luck putting it together. I hear that they are not much fun. It will be great to have once it is done.
that is a nice swing set. I wish I had a big enough back yard to get one for my kids. We just have a small one so that tells you how small my backyard is. And oh what I would give to have a garden also. But no room. :( Does newspaper really prevent weeds?
